Default interior lights

the lights that light up the shifter area (p r n d 2 1 and 4x4 shifter) and the heat a/c area have never worked. the fuses are fine,did all the bulbs just blow? dumb question i guess but seems odd to me that all those bulbs would go bad could it be a wire?

The shifter area is easy to check the bulb..Just pop the cover out and you can check the bump..Mine wasn't working and it was actually blown..

right on bro,had one bad bulb and the other was unhooked...now its time to pull the dash apart to check the hvac lights...ehhh who needs em

I just replaced my HVAC bulb last weekend, be careful pulling out the socket if its an older XJ because I broke mine and had to find an extra one in the dash to replace it (I used the ABS light socket) good luck...Tj

Yeah when pulling the instrument panel be very careful..I need to pull mine and replace the 4wd indicator bulbs but ya know I don't really wanna do it..lol
