Default Intake manifold bolt with torque head .... thing

There are 2 of these on the intake manifold one in the front on the top set of bolts and one in the back on the bottom set of bolts.

I got one of them out but the nut screwed off the other. How do I get it out? I attached a pic of the one I got out.

These are the bolts attaching the intake manifold to the head...

should have said that earlier.

Default Found a previous post on this

So the "torque head thing" I was asking about is the manifold retaining stud.

Why do you want to take the stud out. Unscrew the nut the stud normally remains

I'm a total uneducated newb... that's my first answer.

2nd .... the stud came out with the first nut. Didn't mean for it to.

Going to replace all of these based on recommendations from previous threads.

Unfortunately, while unbolting from the head, I somehow cracked the intake manifold right near the edge of the port, so I will be at Crazy Rays salvage yard this weekend hoping for the best.
