Default Intake And Exhaust Manifold

After replacing the freeze plug on the back of the engine this time last year, I am now doing the 5 on the side of the block.

Just finished removing the intake and exhaust manifolds and what a PITA..
I'm already thinking about how to go about the reinstallation and trying to think of the best/easiest way.

I'm thinking about installing and tightening all of the bolts on the bottom of the exhaust manifold first and then doing the intake only bolts and the ones that are shared with the exhaust manifold.

I know there is a tightening sequence that you are supposed to follow but I'm assuming that can only be done with the engine out? I can't imagine getting access to all of the bolts while connected to a torque wrench and actually getting the correct torque applied with all the wobblers and extensions.

Any advice from someone that has done this? I read several write ups and YouTube videos but didn't get my answer.

Thanks
