Default Instrument cluster lights 93 XJ

I have no instrument cluster lights. Is there a fuse or relay for these or could it be the actual switch causing the problem? The bulbs all look fine. All the lights on the left side of the instrument cluster work (Check engine, seat belt, 4x4 ,etc) Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Usually its the headlight switch when the instrument cluster lights aren't coming on.

Yeah that's what I was leaning towards since I know turning that is what controls the brightness etc of the dash lights. Was hoping I just overlooked a fuse LOL.
