Instructions for changing divider window seal

Tell me how to change the divider window seal
Any one have experience with changing the outer vertical seals that split the windows? All 4 of them... I'm sure its the same process 4 times though. I wanna change the outer ones because all of them have a small piece broken off that is letting a lot of wind noise in...
And WHAT IS THE ACTUAL NAME OF THOSE VERTICAL SEALS THAT SPLIT THE WINDOWS?!?!?!?!?! I feel like I'm having a rough time finding them even though I've looked..... Everywhere. Every seal I find seems to be the horizontal one that goes between the door and glass that acts like a wiper....
Maybe I'm just searching with the wrong words....
