I broke 1, drilled it, put in self tapping bolt from autozone and its hloding fine. I will suggest that you put some heat to it first then try to tighten before loosening just a little then back off the bolt, If it breaks owell. The answer to all are preyers is that bolts wont break but these are Jeeps and after just doing all my shocks and springs u joints and ball joints and all the stuck on,rusted on, pain in the **** bolts that drove me nuts to get off, I still had fun doing it. and I wouldnt have it any other way.. There are kits that you can weld to the same location to get rid of the upper T mount shocks and go with the bolt threw the bushing type, if you have a welder thats the way to go.
