Installing Coil Spacer Help!

Hey guys i am going to be installing some JKS Coil Over Spacers tomarrow and i was wondering if anyone know the easiest way too remove the coil springs to install the spacers? Thanks

drop the sway bar brackets from the frame....... remove the brake callipers..... remove the trace bar from frame mount.... (may also need to remove the drag-link from the drop-pitman arm) Just make sure your axle is free floating with the control arms still connected and just lift the springs out, and put the spacers in.... you may need to coax the coils back in with a pry bar, and use it like a wedge to slide the coils back into their buckets but its a quic way that i've done a number of times without issue

Okay thanks Jeep Guy i think it will be easy enough. I thought i could handle it from the get go but i just wanted to ask you guys to make it quick and easy on myself! Does anyone else on her have the JKS ACOS's on the rig?
