Installed APN Header, Great Upgrade!
Installed the APN header on my 97 xj and it was well worth the upgrade. Took about 2 hours to do the whole install myself. is a little bit louder at idle and sounds alot smoother while driving. Feels like the engine is breathing alot better than it was with the stock header that had bellows (restrictions). Probably not as good as Borla or banks but for the price i am very satisfied. Just letting everyone know. Here is a link for the header

yeah it was, just got back from the muffler shop, had them install brand new piping. i got 2 1/4 from the header to the cat, made the cat go 2 1/2 to the muffler, muffler 2 1/2 and dumped it at the muffler with a 3 inch turndown. the muffler is a flowmaster super 40 and the cat is a highflow magnaflow. The jeep is easily 5-6 times louder than it was and has alot more pep! All for 100 bucks out the door!

Now that it's been a few mos, what you think about the headers? My manifold leak is driving me crazy. Was thinking of doing headers.

I've read on here somewhere that you can make it work but you have to do some grinding on either the intake or exhaust to make it work. Sorry, I don't remember which one, but I imagine a search would clarify it.
