Inner Fender

Inner Fender
Wasn't sure whether to post this in fab or stock tech, but here we go.
I've been struggling all day to try and find the part number for the inner fender on the right side. It's the piece the fender bolts on to and where the hood prop sits. Also where the VIN number is engraved.
Here's a couple numbers I came up with
55235956AA
55175640AB
Amazingly, my local dealer is able to get these parts, but I'd rather just shell out money for what I need, not what I'm guessing.
1999 XJ 4.0L AW4
Trying to get this thing fixed and back on the road, not the junkyard.

The inner fender is part of the uni-frame and is not removable but is in fact a structural part of the body. That said you can cut off the front clip and weld a salvage replacement on but it must be dead square or you will have problems hanging the fenders.
