Mine were stuck too. You just need to gently wiggle and pull. I *carefully* used a small pipe to lift points of the rail slightly. I mean GENTLY.

They've been in there for what, a couple hundred thousand miles? It'll take a little bit of force. Wiggle and pull! They'll eventually give.
