Default Ignition Coil 1 Driver?

Hi, its my first post, but I've been learning here for years... thank you for that!

This is on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport a daily driver, which never off-roads...
I am getting a P0351 and P1694 errors; low RPM rumble.
I one-by-one, I replaced the ignition rail, CPS, CKS and spark plugs; no change.
Resistance measurement between pins 3 & 11 on the data link is 68 Ohms.

I have concluded there is no signal coming from Ignition Coil 1 Driver.
-> to conclude this I wired the rail with a pigtail and was able to get spark on Driver outputs 2 & 3, but no spark on Driver 1.
At this point, I believe the PCM needs to be repaired.

Questions:
1.) Did I miss something obvious? (I know, I left out a lot of testing details, so assume I reviewed most of the posts regarding 351 and 1694)
2.) I've looked, but haven't found a tutorial on how to fix the PCM Ignition Coil Driver Output; can someone point me to one?
3.) To whom should I send my PCM for repair or where should I buy a refurbished one; looks like a lot of options out there?

Thank you!
