Default Idling problems! Help!

Okay so my xj is idling low around 300rpm and throwing out black smoke. I have been having problems with it recently with it dying whether im in park or driving. I already switched out the ignition coil and cleaned the iac. Still not sure what's going on any suggestions?

Check the MAP sensor to make sure the little hose underneath the sensor is intact and connected to the intake manifold.
