Click on the "pink link" in my signature below. Do #1, and #3 along with checking your intake manifold bolts for tightness. Start there. We'll get this figured out.
BTW, you're using the 90 intake manifold? If so, did you use a gasket for a 90? If not, it will have a vacuum leak.
