Default Idle issues!!!

I have 1994 cherokee 4.0L that idles poorly when at a stop and when you press on the gas pedal it stumbles at first then goes. Any ideas about what could be causing this?

Brake cleaner or carb cleaner will do fine. Just be careful with the pintle on the IAC and don't spray the connector.
