Default Idle issues

so, theres a few things going on right now that are either causing or relating to my idle issues.
1) Ive been throwing check engine lights. I can run them at school(we have an OBDI scanner) and they have all been "o2 sensor shorts, voltage over max"
2) yesterday i was idling high in park, as well as while in gear. I was able to idle up the road and get to 15 mph without putting my foot on the gas.

so im wondering if anyone else is having/had these issues how could i fix the o2 sensor getting to much voltage? any help would be greatly appreciated!

What are the exact codes you are getting?
Might check the O2 sensor wiring and connectors, TPS and IAC over too.

I want to say code 21 but I'm not exactly sure how I find it on our scanner. The code description is "o2 sensor short. Voltage over max." The TPS was replaced last November so I doubt it's that unless they can go bad that quickly. Il check the connectors tomorrow. Could it be a bad ground for the o2 sensor? If so how could I fix that

Also, check your wiring from the O2 sensor all the way up to where it goes over your engine. Sometimes it can get misplaced and end up resting on the exhaust manifold and the insulation gets burned off leaving just bare wires.
