IAC replacement recomendations

IAC replacement recomendations
I beleive the IAC controls idle, and my uncle needs to replace it. Has anyone done this and recomends a specific company's sensor? He claims prices range from 15 to 120 bucks and doesn't wanna over pay but at the same time he doesnt wanna cheap out and get a bad sensor.
