I know that it may not sound like a fuel issue, but if you run out of gas, yes it will sputter and die, however, if something is stuck in your fuel tank , then when it gets low, it will get stuck in the line and cause an imediate shut off, which will act like an electrical issue.

or check the vacum lines see if you have a leak

or try hooking up the scan-tool, I dont know which one you would have, but the snap-on scan tool, had a mode that alows you to check system functions and pull codes with the key on, engine off.

plus it has a mode that alows you to read the sensors measurements in real time, you can put it in that mode and gently ease off the gas and see which system is being affected.

it was the IAC i pulled it out and it was pure black, cleaned the throttle body too since it was off, i ran thru almost a can of engine cleaner. but now the idle is almost too low, it barely keeps runnin, so im thinkin the fuel pump or the injectors, the fuel filter is pretty new maybe like 600 miles on it. but i noticed a small set screw under the bracket that all the cables go to on the TB and im wondering if that can be adjusted a lil bit? any thoughts?

After that cleaning, you need to erase the memory and go for a good drive so it can relearn the system parameters.
