Thanks for the reminder about the TPS, forgot about that when pushing it back together at midnight.

Next up is the fan coolant sensor, which from a brief look, looks quite painful to reach and deal with.
Sure the sensor is bad? Easy to check.

Actually now that you mention it no I'm not. The PO mentioned it had some sort of problem, and went and hacked the connector off the fan and wired it up to the battery and was manually undoing wires from the battery to toggle it on and off. Then when I bought it, I re-wired his hack job quick through the firewall and onto a toggle switch.

I haven't actually tried to diagnose it any. I didn't even realize it was screwed into the radiator until last night to be honest. I was sort of expecting/hoping it was on the block somewhere and a easy thing to just screw out and replace.

If you need to remove the sensor, remove 2 screws and get the electric fan out of the way.

Well I narrowed it down to the actual sensor, relay and wire connections are fine, but alas I don't think I'm going to be changing that sensor. It seems to be quite well locked up in the radiator, and my attempts to break it lose, have the actual radiator metal bending instead of the sensor unscrewing. At this point I'll keep a toggle switch, vs potentially ruining the radiator.
