Ok, thank you. I will drop the pan and clean it out when I get the chance. Right now, I don't have the time, nor the resources. Thank you for your advice, it's greatly appreciated.

An update on this noise... It came back a few days after adding the MMO to the oil. The noise comes and goes in an exact pattern like how a car idle surges when the timing is off. What the hell would cause it? It does it on almost every start up aswell; to stop it I have to shut the Jeep down and immediately restart it until the noise goes away.
