Angry I need professional help!!!

ugh... I'm no newbie, so please take into considderation that this is more complicated than the "simple" answers.

I have death wobble. Yay!!! Here's the issue.
I have a new Teraflex High-steer kit. Rusty's track bar relocator bracket. Rusty's track bar drop bracket. JKS trac bar. I know how to measure it, and my trac bar / drag link geometry is flawless. I have installed adjustabe ball joints and my camber is 0 degrees.
I have a fully adjustable long arm kit and my caster is set at pos 7 degrees. Steering box is in perfect shape and double braced. Hub bearings are solid.

This thing has been bullet proof up until about 500 miles ago. I can't shake it. I feel like every single componet is as it should be. Something is hiding from me. What is it???? I'M LOOSING MY MIND!!!!

Proper toe-in?
Tires properly balanced?
Equal air pressure in tires?
bent rim?
Tried moving the tires front to back?
Condition of control arm bushings/joints (both ends)?
Equal wheel base measurements on both sides?

Ever use fix a flat? Alignment. Unbalanced Tires.

Trac Bar(bushings, mounts), Axle Mounts, Tie Rods, Caster Angle, Control arm bushings, Steering box bolts/spacer, Frame(cracks in frame could make steering box feel loose), Damaged steering stabilizer, Bad ball/u joint, drive shaft not balanced, bad front hub, idler arm.

Check those.

Well on my 97 XJ when your going down the road in 2 wheel drive the front axle is still turning.... when I bought my jeep I had a bad DW, and I found it to be the U Joints out at the spindles. It could also be the U Joints on your driveshaft from the case to the axle. I replaced all 4 last fall and haven't had a DW since.

Tares are well balanced BFG's on new wheels. The death wobble is caused by hard bumps. The upper control arm mount on the driver side has a little play, but not sloppy. I run 28 PSI in the rubbers.

Umm... I can't think of anything else.

Got it. I had an opposing force at work on the back side. I pulled my front axle back 1.5" and pushed my caster up to 0 degrees instead of 7 pos and It drives like a Camry... Haha.

I found a guy in Rainbow City Al that is a jeep Yoda. Probably the smartest steering and suspension guy that I have ever talked to in the terms of geometrically understand the load caused on a suspension by gravity...
