Default I Need A Price....

I ran up on what im prety sure is a deal on a 5-speed and transfer case for my XJ. So what id like to know from you all, what does a 5-speed and transfer case go for out of say a mid 90's model XJ?..

Is a Peugot BA10 or the AX15 trans, NP231 or NP242 t-case.

Are you getting everything needed with it.

drive shafts, bell housing, clutch, master-slave, tcm for manual tranny, clutch peddle ect ect.....

Or are you just up grading your drive train?

Don't for get about crank shaft sensor relocate

I knew question about which of the two they were would be asked. I have no clue, he just told me he had the two and would sale them for $200.. So i figured considering how Jeep parts are so damn expensive around here i could buy the two and make money on them. I aint even gonna be converting mine over to a 5speed. Ive had 4 and 5 speeds in every 4 wheel drive ive had over the years and im ready for some more comfortable, put the hammer down and not have to shift any gears ridin.

well I got a 231 from a local JY for 75 once. So I guess the combo isnt a bad price. You should know what your buying so you can properly sell it at the same time though.

i just got an ax-15 and 231 setup out of a 99 xj for $100

and thats a really creepy clown yo!!

If it is the BA10 it is junk that will not resell. The AX15 on the otherhand is the more desirable 5 speed due to it's better durability. Still $200 for the combo sounds like a decent deal. Go for it.
