When I got my tires on last Walmart stripped the bolt and didn't put a new one on. It's very tightened and rounded off I can't keep the torque wrench on it without it it slipping off any ideas on how to remove it? Ive already cut and smashed my hand and now im starting to get pissed

I'd try a slightly smaller metric impact socket that fits snugly and hammer it on. Use an impact gun if available otherwise use a breaker bar to loosen it.

Did you use a black impact socket?

They work really well for removing damaged bolts if you're anything like me I've just given you an excuse to go get another tool lol! If not the hammering on a smaller socket trick works well I've done it plenty of times.

I actually work for a Walmart tire center and if they damage a stud or lug nut then it is that stores responsibility to have the vehicle fixed. Depending on how upset you want to get with a manager you will get the following: it fixed for free maybe oil change or a gift card. If you go to that store and they give you grief tell them you will contact corporate and then they will get their butt moving. If still nothing contact corporate and they will for sure take care of you. No need to be hating on Walmart though, all shops sometimes make mistakes. Just like with any other job.

That lug has to be mended to the rim I bought a a breaker bar from Sears and a 11/16 deep well socket hammered the socket in went to losen it and breaker bar broke at the socket. I'm not the he'll raising type of guy either. Especially since I have family that works at walmart
