I need help my front axle moves a lot

My front axle moves when I shift from park to drive and when I brake when I'm reversing. It sorta turns towards the ground I think it is the bushings. But I'm not to sure help

X2 on replacing the upper and lower control arm bushings.

I don't know what kind of control arms to get I bought the jeep lifted he said it is a 4 .5 inch lift but isn't sure I dunno how long to get or anything like that. How can you tell if the control arms ate to small or what?
