Engine: 4.0 i6 high output

i need help figuring out my rearend

i dont know what my rear end is the dana 35 and the chrysler 8.25 look identical , its a 3.07 gear ratio and a 8.25 ring diamiter or whatever but the parts guy said they dont make a 8.25 with a 3.07 ratio but the dana 35 is a 7.25 ring diamiter, im confused someone please help!!

Engine: 4.0L HO

Chrysler 8.25 will have a flat bottom, Dana35 is rounded. If you have an Auto its 3.55 gears, if you have a manual, stock would be 3.07. 96 or 97 they went to mostly 29 spline chryslers. the dana 35 is 27 spline if i remember correctly. You have a '94, my money is on a 27 spline chrysler axle. If you post a pic we can confirm this for you.
