i need help bad
ok so my 91 limited broke down i though it was the fuel pump replaced it and fuel filter then did a full tune that didnt help then i was on here and found out that it was the crank shaft sensor so i changed that and it fired up then died did it a second time and it blew 30 amp engine contol fuse in the fuse block under the hood i put a new fuse in it start it dies do it again it blows the fuse i did this 3 times and i dont understand why it keeps doin this its really pissing me off any ideas why

That`s a pretty complex situation with all the things that have been worked on. With the fuse blowing in there I am thinking maybe something happened to a wire and it's grounded out somewhere and blows the fuse once whatever is shorted tries to send a signal. But that's just a wild guess.

i read in another thread that the airtext brand fuel pump or whatever name it is likes to blow the fueses does this have any truth to it???? ive at the end of my fuse lol i love my jeep but damn i treat her good lmao

I agree with the above statement of a wire grounded out somewhere. Make sure you didnt nic a wire while you were doing the fuel pump or something is not cross wired.

fuel pump only one way so it maybe a possiblity that a wire mite of got a nic in the wire i did pull the main plug back thru the hole under the back see i guess ill have to check it out and let u guys know
