Hey, why chase the guy away for a simple question like that? I thought we were better than that!
The Grand Cherokee uses a 5x5 bolt pattern, that is 5 bolts in a 5" circle. As long as your pattern is the same, they will fit the hub. However the back spacing may be different. This will move the tire either farther in or out depending on the spacing.
The older models used a 5x4.5 pattern and may not fit. Also they are 15" diameter and may not clear the brake calipers. The 2006 is beyond my experience.
