I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Electrical Problems? HELP!?

I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Electrical Problems? HELP!?
*A/C only work and flow air on 3 and 4. No matter what setting it is on.
*Passanger cannt use AUTO lock, only driver can.
All of these seem to be electrical related.
Any thoughts would be great!!!
