Default I got a bleeder :(

Merry Christmas to me! Noticed t this morning and I'm hoping some "seasoned" eyes can better help me deduce it.

Sry for bad light in first shot. I'm thinking its the VC gasket because there's alot of oil near the back top of the engine... Oddly enough it also on the top of the lip?

The drip is falling from right under the plug and although I'm pretty sure that info is basically useless I'm in including it anyways

So yea awesome, anyone ever dealt with this(stupid question)? Is this what a vc leak looks like? I'm broke as bleep and if its the rms I'm boned haha

Looks like a normal silver dollar leaking XJ to me! Seriously it could be your VC, RMS or oil adapter or a combination of all three like in mine. I've replaced my VC gasket and it still leaves me a few drops of oil a night. Honestly I'm not all that worried about it at this rate. I just check my oil level every few days.

Valve cover gasket and oil filter adaptor oring, hold off on the rear main until you do those two items.

Started to open the vc today to do it and a maca framing rain cloud came outta no where and started dumping, thk god I had just got to the part where I bust it loose with a mallet. Idda been in trouble.
