Coil rail will not set codes, CPS very rarely sets codes.
Injectors don't swap positions.

You have the typical symptoms of an intake vacuum leak - -- very popular on inline Jeeps.

Engine off - Blow cigarette smoke through a vacuum hose into the intake manifold, rag in TB.
Fix wherever it comes out!

Best of all - IT'S FREE!

Let us know!
no one i know smokes lol. any other ways to do it? my friends got a fog machine, would that work?

LOL -- Just don't inhale! If Clinton can, you can!

Get creative - I use a turkey baster - I suck smoke from a cig with it, then blow it in the hose - usually 3 or 4 times is enough.

I quit smoking years ago when I had a severe heart attack, still big problems from it.

LOL - A friend from Rumania saw me using my turkey baster/smoke test - I told him what I was doing.

He said "you aren't AMERICAN, you must be European - Americans buy expensive tools for things like that, we have to make our own!"

Wrong, I'm 6th generation American!

LOL -- I sold my smoke machine with my shop years ago.

Just googled them read 5 different post 4 were crank sensor replacement fixed missfire issue. Three people replaced every sensor on motor b4 cps change which cured them.

CPS did not fix mine.
So far....
CPS ( factory Mopar part ) ( kept old one for use as spare )
Injector O Rings, Sprayed Injectors with Throttle Body Cleaner, Cleaned Injector Holes
Full Tune Up : Plugs ( Champion), Wires, Cap & Rotor
Cleaned IAC
Cleaned Throttle Body

I have not done the smoke test ( incense also smoke alot )
Have ordered new TPS ( from dealer )

Not wanting to rain on your parade but these multiple misfires have got to be the most difficult for the at home mechanic to tackle.

Good Luck

It won't give you the volume of concentrated smoke you need.

Why is it people can't follow simple proven directions?

Grab a good cigar, lol. You don't have to make a habit of it

you could try spraying carb cleaner around the intake, vacuum lines, etc seeing if the idle changes.
