I put a 3" inch Rough Country Lift on my XJ. Whats a good tire for street but occasional off-road, mudding use? I'm looking at Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's

Here they sell a Goodyear Wrangler Territory, good on/off road tire, run it year round, it is not an ice tire, great in snow and all other. Wears well, been on 1 year, 63000+ km, still over half life remains, working great again this winter, not an ice tire. 3.5" lift with 31x10.5-15 on 7" stock rim, 1.25 spidertacks back spacers. No rubbin lock to lock and full flex stuffs em right up into the wheel wells without rippin off the mud flares. Goodyear probably has this tire or similar branded for a large volume store in USA also, in Canada at Canadian Tire Hardware. $705 for 4 on sale including 13% tax, self mounted and balanced.

I've been running the MTZs for a good bit now (second set) and I like them. They tend to chunk a little bit in the rocks but not as bad as my old TSLs did.
for mild trail use daily driver tires the Bridgestone Revo is a really damn good tire. It gets knocked a little but but a guy i know wheels on them and followed me every where I took my XJ on TLSs no issues. They are really good in the rain and snow and quiet on the street. if you want a little more aggressive i say goodyear duratracks a few guys i know have them again great tire. If you ever plan on getting more into wheeling i'm just not a fan of Micky Thompson tires on east coast rocks they dont grip will, same with the goodyear MTRs.

I am running some Kuhmo All terrains. I like them a good bit. Havn't done a whole lot with them yet but I liking them so far.
I would also reccomend Pro Comp all terrains, I will be going with those once i lift my XJ, have seen several people use them and get great on/offroad capabilities while retaining great tire lift.
