Get new mounts and weld them on would be my guess.

The only way it looks like you can fix it is find someone that can weld.

Yup, cut and mount new bracket or swap axle. 2 options only.

who makes a direct swap HD mount? getting a JY axle is kinda outta the question as im not really mechanically inclined enough to do the swap myself. plus if i got a jy axle i would need all new bearings, swap my gears and locker over. then i would want new u joints, new brakes and so on.

i talked to dan at rough stuff fab yesterday and he suggested this..
http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/...ree-p-286.html

would i have to get a new style of upper control arms to use this bracket once it was welded on? there is a picture in the original post with my CA in it.

if anyone has a link to HD UCA brackets i would be most thankfull

dont re weld that, its rusted already. a new one isnt terribly expensive get an aftermarket one and weld it on, or cut one off of another axle and weld it on if you want to keep it stock.

dont know exactly what caused it, i think its been slowly but surely breaking over some time. i did wheel it kinda hard last weekend, but nothing that would have broke that mount, it was a lot of mud holes and playing in a creek.

Default rusty's off-road

They sell jeepspeed and thier own heavy duty upper and lower control arm mounts. Cut off the old and weld on the new. not too hard to do. and like stated above, gussets on the lower mount will bullet proof it. dont forget to buy new control arms. Mine were even worse than yours. Alot worse. Jeeps fly great, its the landing that gets rough.
