how to unsieze an alternator?

i DO NOT have the money to dish out 100 and some bucks for a new alt. for a TRAIL RIG.. i gave 100 BUCKS for it and the thing is gone i'm using it as a better then its going to the scrap yard i don't want new parts on the damn thing.. i NEED to know how to make it so that my one i have NOW will spin with my belt..

Grab the pully, attempt to move it from side to side, then try thrusting it (pulling it in and out). If there is any slop then you are just wasting your time. As someone said, if you can spin it without the belt but it locks up with belt tension then the bearings a fubar.
BTW, I don't understand the logic, if the thing isn't worth the investment of an alternator, used or new then why are we even talking about it? You can probably sell it if you don't want to fix it.

n no im not yelling at u i dont even know u man.. u seem like a nice knolegable guy.. y would i yell at u? im just trying to get my reasons and what ever else is floating around in my head down so i can get the best help i need at hte lowest cost needed..thanks guys for ur help any ways i can check to make sure things arent gone?

im wheeling on a farm at my grandfathers house with like 5 other trucks and a a crap ton of wheelers.. plus no night fun i have no head lights lol...
