Take the c clips out then beat the **** out of the caps with a pos socket and a good hammer. Mini sledge and a junk 11/16 socket is my personal preference.

I've only had to use a press once in my career, on a 83 K20 with 210k miles, original front shafts and joints. Had to use electrolytic, even doing that they wouldnt come out.
Take clips out, place socket over one end, beat the **** out of it. Sometimes a torch helps as well.

Take caps off, place in, slide caps through yoke holes, push/press in, put on retaining clips?
U-Joints are probably the easiest thing to do. Just watch a youtube video.

I just did mine, and if they're as rusty as mine were, just cut them out with an angle grinder. Just be careful not to damage the knuckle. All i used to put the new ones in was a bench vice and a hammer.
