it's quite easy.
remove the rear driveshaft, linkage (just pops out) and 6 or 8 bolts/nuts (they are nuts on studs) sometimes the whole stud will come out.

use a stubby 9/16 on the top two nuts, otherwise a regular wrench/socket may be all you need.

you will likely need to drop the cross member to get the top nuts out, so be sure to support the transmission safely when doing so.

other than that, there is the speedo clip/cable and possibly vac lines/breather vent hose to remove also.

be ready when you get that last nut off, it's very freakin heavy.

actually, 93 won't have vac lines, and may or may not have an electric speedo sensor...

Cage covered that pretty well! I might add that its a good idea to replace the trans mount on the cross member while you have it all apart!

Our t-cases aren't all that heavy once you get them out, but when your under there its a lot to handle! Have a buddy give you a hand letting it down slow like!

Ratcheting 9/16 wrench is so nice for this job.

I didn't need a stuby. just a 9/16 ratcheting, & lower the trans a little more. Stuby would have been nice though!

This guys probably done with the job by now! Lol
