From what I was told a few years ago by someone that had it done is that they hook up to your trans cooler line fittings, use new ATF, let your engine/transmission pump new fluid into your transmission until it runs clean-clear fluid out. Then you have basically as clean an ATF fluid in your pan/valve-body/TC that you're probably going to get. LOL on the STDs...
