all of this is out of a wrecked 2000 XJ.

Chrysler 8.25 rearend
Transfer case (not sure which one)
I believe a dana 30 front end
Both drive lines and the cross member.

I may have to pass of the front axle, the control are tabs are bent from being wrecked but every thing else on it looks good.

Will the transmission on my 2wd accept the transfer case or will I need to grab the tranny?

I may grab the engine if I can get it cheap, clean it up and store it.

 

It all depends on how long you are willing to set on stuff. Most of the time a wrecked ride is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Keep in mind if they are stock.. it means cheaper prices.

 

you will need a 4wd transmission to go with a transfercase.

the 2000 has a low pinion dana 30 that is the only reason to pass on it. because you can get new control arm tabs for cheap.




But grab the tcase, trans, and appropriate shift levers and brackets. Crossmember and both driveshafts, including the rear axle

 

Dont forget the center console out of the 4wd. so you can have the tcase shifter there.
