How many cans is it? I put two cans and it gets down to 60* on hot days. Should get colder than that. What should the guage read on the low side?

Okay have been a master tech since I was 24 (now 63) and with the 2 lbs of 134A my low side pressure is well below 20 lbs when the compressor clutch cycling properly.
Well kinda seeing as it is cycling a wee bit to fast. Now when I cert'ed in A/C back when we used our feet for power the low side pressure should be about 30 lbs and high side twice ambient temp.
when A/C clutch is engaged. So I had to use 4 3/4 lbs or 57oz of R134A to hit the mark of 30 lbs with clitch engaged. This is on a 89 4.0 so it may be a different system than he has.
