When this thread started, my XJ had 108K miles on it.
I'm not going to "vote", since it has more on it today and will have even more on it tomorrow. This poll is a strange concept--a bunch of meaningless numbers over a period of 9 years.
Just turned 240K (95 2.5L). Had been putting 20-30K/yr on her as my daily driver (~120 mi daily commute) over the past few years, but just got a hold of an '07 Pontiac Vibe as a commuter, so I can keep the miles down a bit. Plus, it'll give me a chance to do some work on her without having to worry about finishing up before the work week. Engine still kicking (and ticking).
2000 XJ Classic - 281K+
About 3 yrs ago, I parked at Home Depot head to head with another XJ and the driver was walking up to her Jeep. It was very clean and and good shape. I complimented this 70+ year old lady on her Jeep. She smiled and asked how many miles I had on mine. I proudly said 240K! She smiled back and said 312k! and chuckled and got in and drove off. That was the moment when I said "Challenge Accepted!".
my odometer says 243,000 miles but the owner before me ran it for 5 years without a gauge cluster So I really have no Idea on real mileage. Then he tried to part it out when I bought it for $700 and put it all back together. I don't have a picture of how i got it, but it looked something like this.
had a 99 cherokee come in today and figured its beat down to all hell.... sad thing was the odo said 52k miles but it was so abused poor thing. idk if it was accurate mileage but its low
I dont have a great track record for this one lol but:
Roxxy (build thread) blew up on me around 108k or so. Had a newer engine put back in with around 80k and put about 10k on it before selling
I had a black jeep with 202k which was a 1 owner and ran like a champ
Picked up an 01 with 120k which was beat to hell that i traded for my current stock jeep with 225k - its an 00 with a slight missfire uhoh.
99 XJ 4.0.....232,000 on the chassis but previous owner had engine replaced after the infamous head crack. Engine had about 80,000 miles when put in but dont know how many miles were on the chassis when replaced. Ive had this for about 2 years now and have replaced all the suspension components other than front springs. Just had it geared to 4:56 and added the 33's. Love my XJ

But This is how it sits today.
Very nice restoration!
I had to look twice though, I first though you were running wide white walls lol
Just broke 54,000 miles on my 95 XJ on our 3000 mile trip to Baja.
Found a valve cover oil leak,. Broke my catalytic converter, two flat tires, and pulverized the top bushings on my new two front shocks !!
I'd say she's broken in now
