I bought it used, it has a new rear axle but not sure how old, 220K miles on the odometer, I have replaced all the suspension 2" OME springs and shocks, all new cooling system. Cruise control does not work, Passenger window does not move. remote works well. everything else works good. I have had her in all the 4x4 a few times. Averaging 15 MPG high of 18 really dependent on clean oil and correct air pressure. I run 235/75-15 Wrangler Radials
I had death wobble the replaced the suspensions, new tires, alignment, she is nice now. valve cover gasket leaked, replaced that easy fix, now she does not drip.
If only she got better MPG

88 comanche, 218,000 motor is original from head down, original transmission and clutch. The old Pequot trans is starting to be finicky about going into reverse. Poor this is a 2wd but hasn't left me stuck yet. I only wheel on trails and hit the back road mud puddles. Been a good back up dd. Doesn't complain one bit with the 100 mile round trip to school.

241K on the chassis. PO claimed engine only had @ 50K on it but I find that hard to believe, she does run good now after a lot of updates and fixes, doesn't leak a drop of anything and still pulls like a mule. I get @ 450 miles or so per 3/4 of a tank of gas, I never let it go any lower.

90 4.0 Auto. Stock w/ (235's) The 235's rub a little sometimes on the front.
Just passed 277K. Smooth and strong as I remember. 22+Highway MPG. 15-16 or less otherwise. About qt/1000mi with a drip or two. Changed Pittman arm last spring?, and one rear wheel bearing about 10 years ago. I've been grinding cars into this road for 34 years and this is nuts!
Raunchy ride with air shocks after the rear leaves gave it up.
(yea, countless U-joints and Brake stuff, a few starters)
Buyers! The cracks around the corners by the hatch hinges get a little longer every day I do my washboard road. (also top rear of the passenger door frame). Mystery leaks fixed with latex after ripping out the headliner looking for rack leaks. It was the cracks leaking. Parked "torqued", the hatch can hit the taillight!
