I have extended brake lines front and rear to install, how do you install them? Is it easier with the caliper off because my whole hubs are off right now?

Unscrew the old hoses, screw new ones on, bleed brakes.... It is easier with calipers on, but only due to the leverage/resitance factor.

Read up on bleeding brakes. To do it alone and save my marriage, I like to put a long tube from the bleeder to the reservoir and pump it about 300 times per wheel. It sounds strange but it gets the bubbles out. If you think that is a pain, you should try it on my 914, it has 2 bleeders for each caliper.

it sounds not as bad as having to talk the espousa into pumping the brakes for you. then when she is pissed off and leaves trying to talk the kids into doing it
