Default How to get the Ribits off

On the plastic part of the front bumper there are ribits holding the 3 different plastic parts of the bumper together. I am trying to remove the plastic part if the bumper but those pesky ribits are gettin in the way. Is there a proper at to take them out?

Pull them through. Unless you plan to re-attach that rubber piece to your bumper. Then you can squeeze them from the back but you have to remove the bumper first IIRC.
