even if it needs to breath or not the pressure to take in air through the seal around the fuel filter is going to less than the pressure to take in air through the seals air is a lot like electricity it will take the path of least resistance

The front dif vent is up by the brake booster, so it shouldnt need to be moved if you dont have water go over your hood...correct me if im wrong dukie

correct front diff is already extended to the top of the firewall. I have not extended the tranny vent due to the location of it. It should be ok since it's a one way valve though
