First unbolt the sway bar, then coil spring retainer clamps at the bottom of the coils. Then unbolt your shocks and get them out of the way. After that then push down on the axle on what side you want to pull the spring out of and then pull the spring out. If you are reinstalling new lift springs, you will have to unbolt the lower conrtol arms, one at a time mind you. You do not want to have both control arms unbolted at the same time.
