How do you remove drivers mirror?

Default How do you remove drivers mirror?
My mirror glass is fine, its the mirror assembly that looks like it has come loose and bounces around when i drive. i can't seem to find where there are any screws holding this thing on. any ideas?

You have to remove the interior door panel, then there is a little plastic piece on the inside over the 3 screws that hold the mirror to the door. they are all T27 and have probably just come loose.
