Looks sharp in that engine bay, RugerWallace!
Because you have oily substance in your coolant, you might consider a chemical flushing agent. Maybe something like this....

(I personally don't buy into any of these flush/additive/snake-oil stuff, and have not used such in a radiator of my own but if I found oil in it I might try to see if it would help get it out of there.)
Pour the stuff in the radiator and drive it around for a day or two before you do the flush.
I just did a flush on my Renix cus it is already getting hot in Phoenix here and I don't want to do this stuff while it is 120f and the motor is overheating...
My heater core is bypassed because it rarely gets cold enough to need a heater in Phoenix, but you will want to unplug both the in and out hoses on yours and then run water through the heater core with your garden hose. If you take the hose off at the junction by the oil dipstick you can just run the water through that hose into the core.
Ideally, you would want to flush the radiator with it out of the Jeep. That way, you could add some detergent to the water then plug the holes in it and shake the radiator to work that soapy water around inside....then run a lot of water through it with the hose.
For the block, you will want to get the t-stat out so you can move water through the block freely. I am a bit redneck, and I just put the garden hose in the t-stat housing and let the water run through it for 5 or 10 minutes until the water is clear as it exits out the bottom hose.
Put everything back together and carefully bleed air out of the system, and you are done with it!
Others will likely add their methods and they may vary...

I don't want to flush the radiator! Do I have to have the radiator in to flush the block? I want to flush the block with the motor running am I correct when I say this? Can I achieve this without having the radiator connected? and thanks for the comment Crazy Eights yeah I did do it myself fairly easy just get your bit over there at Home Depot! And cut you hole they give you instructions when you order it you just got to go get the bit to cut into the firewall.
