How do you bypass security system permanently

How do you bypass security system permanently
I have a 91 limited 4.0
My jeep is not starting. I have no spark and no fuel until i wiggle the wires and connections under the dash. This is where the security system box is.
I have replaced the crank position sensor and the ignition switch and the rest of the ignition system is fairly new already.
Is there a couple of wires i can connect to completely bypass the whole security system?
