Why would you need to disconnect your injectors to do a compression test...... The compression tester screws into the spark plug housing

Not too sure which fuse it is on a 94 but, if you remove the fuse you should be fine. No electric to the pump, no fuel going to the cylinders.

The other thing you might want to do is to blow out the spark plug area with compressed air BEFORE you remove the spark plugs so grit, grime, and other garbage does not get into the cylinders. If you do not have access to an air compressor, you can go to a convenient store and use their tire pump. The compression test should also be done on a warm engine.

You supposed to do it wet as well, no?

A squirt of oil in to the cylinders?

Hopefully someone can address this for you.

I wasn't quite sure of what the OP was talking about.
Turn your jeep on and then pull the fuel pump relay until it starts to bog down and die. That should de-pressurize the fuel rail. To be sure you can check the shrauder(spell check) valve.
