My 01 does not. I was under there two weeks ago lookin for a hole to route some hoses and nothing.

 

I had to do this when I got stuck up to my windshield in a surprisingly deep mud hole. I used a flat head screwdriver and a wir brush to break up and scrape as much of the mud as i could while sucking it up with the shop vac. I did this with the seats, center console, and dash removed. after I did that, I used a sponge and a bucket of soapy water to clean up the rest of the mud while again sucking up everything with the shop vac
