i got 33 in tires and bushwackers but trying to figer out how much lift i do have

Measure. http://www.mike-g.net/jeep/yinyang/tech/rideheight/, this will tell you how much suspension lift you have. Total lift is supension + tire lift. 33" tires give 2-2.5" lift over stock height.

yea im looking 6.5 lift or 8 trying to figer if i can get 38 in there

i'm assuming your planning on swaping axles as the stock ones wont take a 38
