I was moving the undercarriage cross member out of the way temporarily for a job when my cheap jack stand's lever got kicked. It let go dropping support to the T case and trans completely.

Get it back up and see that the fan didn't munch the Radiator. Check the tranny coolant lines.

Will do tomorrow morning, I should be honest, my cheap jack stand was a cut 2x4. I'll never be stupid and cheap like this again. I'm super new to doing work on my own vehicles, I was sick to the gills when this happened. No idea how detrimental it could have been to what components and where.

It could have been "detrimental" to your life. Safe jack stands are pretty inexpensive. Go get some.

That sucks, but not too bad. Got ya beat. Years ago I was jacking up my 79 Camaro. It is dropped 2" in the front. Floor jack wouldn't fit under cross member, so I pulled the jack adapter off and used the flat face of the jack head on the cross member. It fit, it got most of the way up, it slipped off the cross member. Jack head landed on the crank pulley. Weight of car fell on crank pulley and front tires weren't touching the ground. Figured the engine must be toast. Started it up and it ran fine, has ran fine for the last 10 years. Moral of story, buy the right tools or don't do the work.

Yes, and don't get the smallest ones at Harbor Freight (3 tons). IF you buy HF jack stands, go up whopping 15 bucks and get the 6 ton.

Torin is a decent brand. Pep Boys carries them, I think.

All seems well for me to, lines are all fine, no damage anywhere I can see and vehicle operates as usual, checked everything. Picked up a 2.25 ton jack and stands today, time to change some U joints at the wheels.
